We are aware of the email and letter sent by the BYU Off Campus Housing Office (OCHO) over the weekend. In speaking with counsel for BYU Off-Campus Housing, they are not at this time requiring lease releases. The lease between the community and the student will still dictate the lease term and potential lease termination options.
