Brenda Office Manager

Brenda has been with the firm for over 26 years. She is our Office Manager and a Paralegal. Her primary focus is Client Liaison and Relations. She has a vast knowledge of the Landlord/Tenant laws and procedures in the state of Utah and in the courts. She has been Kirk’s “Second in Command” and ensures that our staff is well trained in servicing our client’s needs according to the firm’s unique philosophy.

Mishawn Collections Manager

Mishawn is a Paralegal and has many years of experience in collections and skip tracing and has managed our Collections Division for the majority of her 20 year career with the firm. She oversees tens of thousands of active cases and assures that clients see a return on lost revenue.

Lindsey Collections Supervisor

Lindsey has been a part of our successful collections team for over 14 years. She is currently a Collections Supervisor and assists in processing and managing thousands of active collection cases each year. Her primary focus is the start-up section of our collection process.

Tracie Administrative Staff

Tracie has been with the firm for 9 years and counting. She heads our Accounting Department and is in charge of client remittances and billings. She is Client Liaison for our Independent Owner Division and assists as an Admin Assistance to management.

Brianne Executive Assistant

BriAnne has been an Executive Assistant to the attorneys and management for over 7 years. She assists with new client set-up and successfully manages client discrimination matters. She also assists in the Accounting Division of the firm, but does a little bit of everything throughout the office to fill in any gaps with her creative and talented energy.

Michelle Administrative Assistant

Michelle joined our team as an Administrative Assistant to the attorneys. Her responsibilities include coordinating court dates for contested eviction cases and acting as the client liaison with these cases through the court process. She also assists in augmenting client judgments, as well as managing the Housing “Slush Fund” process to collect monies owed to clients who had housing tenants vacate who still owe money to our clients.
